Lynne Holder
Lynne
is President and General Manager of Passionfruit.
Like so many women, she is also busy being a mother and a wife. She has
extensive catering experience and has managed large and small events
for many top caterers in Los Angeles. Lynne was also a Food Service
Manager for a prominent Stock Brokerage Firm, and the L.A. Area Chamber
of Commerce. She also owned and managed Sushi Master an itenerant
creator of fine designer delictables served to Toyota, Sony and other
large Japanese Corporations. Lynne's cooking experience includes
corporate kitchens, hotel kitchens and a 5-Star Restaurant in Hawaii. |
Jeffrey Holder
Jeff is the
Vice-President and Executive Chef of Passionfruit. His catering experience was garnered
in New York City, Santa Fe and Los Angeles. He has served as Food
Service
Director for Bear Stearns in Century City. He was also Food &
Beverage Director and Executive Chef for a hotel in Albuquerque, New
Mexico. Jeff
was the Executive Chef and Assistant General Manager for a popular fine-dining restaurant in
Santa Fe. Prior to that he was restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager,
Cook and Bartender in New York City. He received his culinary training at the New York
Restaurant School.
